Good questions
Clear answers. No fine print.
Who is Tary?
Tary is your live AI visit guide. She speaks with you and stays through confirming the visit. She is not your physician, and she leaves when the physician takes the visit.
What is the $79?
$40 stays with the physician whether or not they certify you. $36 comes back if they do not. $3 is card processing. Georgia’s $33.75 card and portal fee is a separate state bill, only after certification.
Does paying mean I am approved?
No. The physician decides. Paying for the visit does not create a Georgia registry card, and certification is not a prescription.
Is the visit always on video?
Your physician confirms the visit format. Video is not promised for every patient.
What does Tary ask me?
Your legal name, date of birth, and whether your Georgia photo ID and proof of address are ready. She never asks for ID numbers, card numbers, or a diagnosis.
Who issues the card?
A physician with a Georgia principal practice certifies eligible patients. The Georgia Department of Public Health issues the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry card.
